"Historically significant" is how experts like to refer to the splendid building located at number 19-21 Brunnen Strasse. It is counted among the 200 most important buildings in the capital. Its central location and perfect integration into the city's transport system make it an ideal choice for all types of communicative work. Now, around 100 years following its construction, the former department store is undergoing a breathtaking transformation into a "multi-functional complex" comprising five floors including rooms with a panoramic view on the top floor, a basement and an underground garage. Original details such as doors and banisters and the height of the different rooms (which vary between 3.45 m and 7.0 m) make the building an experience. Integrated into this concept is a conference center - already known on the market as the "Conference Center Mitte". Among other things, the "Conference Center Mitte" includes rooms on the ground, first, and fifth floors covering a combined area of at least 3,000 m². The congress center and ballroom on the ground floor, as well as the elegant conference rooms on the top floor (with glazed atrium) are all suitable as panoramic rooms for events for around 600 - 700 people. Culture is another element which forms an integral part of the concept. The ground floor has an area which is connected directly to the café/bistro and can be used to hold exhibitions of various types.
